Payment methods
We ask for your understanding and cooperation.・For C3, C4, C5, SP1, W3, SUV3-4, and Premium classes, please pay by credit card.・For rental of other classes of cars, payment by credit card is also required in principle. -
When paying in cash
We will check either 1 or 2 listed below.1. The validity of your credit card.2. Proof of current address or personal identification.“Current address proof / Personal identification” includes one of the following:Receipt of utility bills* (electric, gas, water, NTT landline phone, NHK) / Receipt of social insurance premiums* / Receipt of national or local taxes* / Tax payment certificate* / Certificate of residence* / Personal seal registration certificate* / National health insurance card / Pension book / Basic resident registration card (with name, date of birth, and address) / Passport / Alien registration card / Employee or student ID card (with photo) / My Number card / Rental car membership card (FDC TS CUBIC CARD, FDC card, TRBM card, BCC)
*Must have been issued within the last 2 months.For the following vehicle classes, we only accept credit cards as payment. Please be informed of this in advance.C3, C4, C5, SP1, W3, SUV3-4, and Premium
STEP 2
Visit for Pick-up
On the day to pick up the car, please arrive at the shop by the reservation time.

After checking the contents of the agreement, you will be asked to sign the agreement and pay the agreed amount in advance.

STEP 5
Pick-up and departure

In principle, rental cars must be returned with a full tank of fuel. We ask that you refuel at the nearest gas station upon return. If you fail to refuel, you will be charged the specified fuel fee based on the actual distance travelled.
Upon arrival at the location, the staff will check for scratches/dents. After that, the staff will charge for any outstanding fees (overtime if applicable, etc.). Before leaving, be careful not to leave any items in the vehicle.
